Privacy policy
Effective 1 November 2026
Triplrr is a travel memory app for Android. This policy explains what data the app stores, where, and how you can delete it. Questions: support@triplrr.com.
Without an account
You can use Triplrr without signing in. Everything you add stays in a database on your phone and is never sent to us. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
If you sign in with Google
What we store
- Account: your name and email address from your Google account, and an account ID.
- Your content: trips (name, dates, places), Instagram post links you add, and expenses if you use that feature.
- Technical data: when each item was created, changed or deleted, used to keep your phones in sync.
We don't collect your location, contacts, photos or Instagram account. Triplrr only stores the links you paste; it doesn't read Instagram.
Why
Only to back up your trips and sync them across your phones. No ads, no analytics, and we never sell or share your data.
Where it's stored
In a database run by Supabase, our cloud provider. Sign-in is handled by Google and Supabase. Each account can only read its own data.
Deleting your data
- Delete your account: in the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and all your trips from our servers right away, and clears them from that phone.
- Sign out: removes your data from that phone. It stays in your account until you delete the account.
- Can't use the app? Email support@triplrr.com from your account's email address and we'll delete it within 30 days.
Children
Triplrr isn't meant for children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its date. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
